Ordered to do 48 hours in the trenches at Festubert. March to Fontaine-Les-Boulans then busses to Bethune.
Finally march to Festubert to relieve the 17th Lancers at the front.
Evacuated 20 sick men of the 17th Lancers - 10th Jan
Water in the trenches up to the men’s arm pits - 11/Jan
Relieved and marched to Bethune then bussed/marched to billets in Lisbourg.
