The next walk is being organised by Sue and will take place on Friday 6 March 2020. It will start at the bottom car park behind the pub garden of The Bell Inn at The Wharf on Bowden Hill, just outside the village of Lacock. The post code for your Sat Nav is: SN15 2PJ. We’ll meet at 9.30am for a 9.45am start.

Sue has provided the following information about the walk:
- The journey from Timsbury to The Bell Inn is about 1 hour.
- There is parking in the bottom car park behind the pub garden.
- The walk is 5.4 miles long as recorded on Ordnance Survey online and automatically calculated.
- There are 16 stiles though several are squeeze stiles.
- The walk is on roads, fields with a bit of mud and one long uppity bit. We pass through the village of Lacock.
- The Abbey is open on Friday and the grounds full of crocus when I went, we won’t have time to stop there but bring your National Trust Card if you want to visit after lunch. There is a toilet in the village by the café but not sure if it will be open before the café opens.
- Lunch will be at about 1.15 pm at The Bell Inn.Their menu can be seen by clicking The Bell Main Menu.
