Linda and Barbara have provided the following information about the walk:
- East Harptree is situated just off the B3114. Driving time from Timsbury is approximately 25 minutes.
- The walk is 5 miles long.
- When the route has been tested several times and there were only a few muddy spots.
- The route is over fields, paths, woodland, bridle paths and lanes.
- There is a gradual uppity bit to Greendown Batch and downity bit to Harptree Combe. (Check the route profile in the East Harptree Circular October 2019 Route Map).
- There are 4 stiles.
