It will start at the bottom car park behind the pub garden of <a href=\"https:\/\/thebellatlacock.co.uk\/\">The Bell Inn<\/a> at The Wharf on Bowden Hill, just outside&nbsp;the village of Lacock. We\u2019ll meet&nbsp;at 9.30am for a 9.45am start. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more See walk-->\n\n\n\n<p>Walk organisers : <a href=\"https:\/\/selwyn-family.me.uk\/~chris\/wordpress\/walk_organisers\/sue-fraser\/\" rel=\"tag\">Sue Fraser<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sue has provided the following information about the walk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The journey from Timsbury to The Bell Inn is about 1 hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is parking in the bottom car park behind the pub garden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The walk is 5.4 miles long as recorded on Ordnance Survey online and automatically calculated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are 16 stiles though several are squeeze stiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The walk is on roads, fields with a bit of mud and one long uppity bit. We pass through the village of Lacock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Abbey is open on Friday and the grounds full of crocus when I went, we won\u2019t have time to stop there but bring your National Trust Card if you want to visit after lunch.
