Cheddar and Axbridge Circular

The first walk of 2018 is being organised by Fiona and Fred and will take place on Friday 5 January. It will start at the car park at The White Hart at the bottom of Cheddar Gorge. We’ll meet at 9.15am for a 09.30 start.

Fiona and Fred have provided the following information about the walk:

• The journey from Timsbury to The White Hart is about 35 minutes.
• There is parking at the rear of The White Hart.
• The walk is 6.4 miles long.
• There is one short uppity bit.
• There is one stile.
• The walk is almost entirely on a mixture of tarmac/gravel paths and pavements. There is a short stretch of 500 yards over two fields which were well covered by grass.
