Fred and Fiona have provided the following information about the walk:
- South Cadbury is situated just south of the A303. Driving time from Timsbury is approximately 50 minutes.
- The walk is 6.2 miles long.
- When the route was tested there were only a few muddy spots.
- The route is over fields, paths, woodland, bridle paths and lanes.
- There is an uppity bit up to Cadbury Castle at the beginning of the walk. (Check the route profile in the Camelot Castle Circular Route Information.pdf).
- There are 5 stiles.
